1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • In their original packaging (if applicable).
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges on most items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and return it using the method we recommend. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or customized jewelry that was made according to customer specifications.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.
  • Sale items or products marked as final sale.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@alphabracelets.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for defective items. Please provide photos of the damaged item, and we will handle your claim as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
